Johanna Lasseter-Curtis, the Executive Chef and Owner, began her culinary studies locally then travelled to San Francisco where she continued her studies at the California Culinary Academy, as well as in a private internship. She has twenty years experience as a pastry chef in some of Truckee's favorite restaurants: The Passage, Cottonwood, and Lake Tahoe Brewing Company.
